JK group was established in 1984 by Mr Jaywant (Bapu) Badhan as a small local
distributor J K AND SONS from then we have excellently managed to grow
over years and establish ourselves as one of the oldest distributors with parallelly
building customers on the bond of trust through providing our services. Starting
as a small distributor in Nashik we eventually expanded our services across
Maharashtra. April-2020 we launched our E-commerce oprations with the help of
Amazon, Flipkart.
Expanding into different cities helped us in widening the width and depth of
offerings and building a strong network with our channel partners. As the
offerings width widened we decided to segregate the line of our business and
established Ketan Enterprises in order to have sorted and smooth operations.
JK & Sons work as the Super Stockist & Clearing, Forwarding Agents who
manage and handle sales and logistics in Pan Maharashtra
Wherein Ketan Enterprises which is the sister company of JK & Sons handles the
Distribution in:
Nashik CITY, Ozar, and Pimplgaon (B)
This differentiation helped us in carrying out our services in an efficient way and
manage them effectively across the line.

To meet the demand generated in the market without letting products affect the operations we have built cold storage to adhere to the quality standards set for the delivery to the customer. Our cold storage is constructed in Nashik and from there further operations to the cities take place. We have our own storage space of 10000+ sq ft. and Food Grade Insulated Vehicles.
